The originator undertakes to buy back the loan from you if the borrower is more than X days in arrears, repaying you the principal and interest. This is subject to the originator remaining solvent.
Buyback
A financial buffer that the platform sets aside from its own commission to cover defaults before they affect you. Its effectiveness depends on its actual size relative to the total amount lent.
Reserve fund
The originator invests a portion of its own capital in the same loan or portfolio alongside the investors, thereby aligning its interests with those of the investors in ensuring that the loan is repaid in full.
Skin in the game
Your uninvested money is held in an account separate from the company’s balance sheet, at a bank or regulated payment institution. If the platform goes bankrupt, that money is not included in the distribution to its creditors.

What is it Esketit?
Esketit It is an investment platform in consumer and corporate loans, founded in 2020, with a low minimum amount and a commission-free secondary market. Since 2026, it operates through a Croatian company, different from the Irish entity with which it operated before. According to our information, it has no license or is regulated as a financial platform. In our scale, it Esketit has a moderate risk.
Esketit Founded in 2020, it operates today through Esketit Platform d.o.o., a Croatian company with its headquarters in Zagreb. Its terms in effect since September 18, 2026 are those of that entity, distinct from the Irish one with which it operated before. You invest in consumer and corporate loans; in practice, you buy the right to collect them.
According to our information, it does Esketit not have a license or is regulated as a financial platform, and it does not publish audited accounts. There is no system of investor compensation. Its terms indicate that it does not provide payment services and acts as an intermediary between you and the originator.
If a loan is delayed for more than 60 days, the originator must make recomprait up. It is the originator’s obligation, not yours Esketit, and depends on their solvency. Loans carry corporate guarantees, and you Esketit can claim on your behalf from the originator and the guarantors.
You can sell your loans on its secondary market without commission. The sale depends on another investor buying them. You set the discount or premium, and outstanding, suspended, or expired loans cannot be sold. Your uninvested funds are kept separate from those on the platform, and withdrawals are processed within two business days.
If you invested through the Irish entity, its terms stipulate that the outstanding payments from those investments will only be transferred to your Croatian account if you request it. From that point on, your right against the Irish entity and the originator for that amount is deemed satisfied.
Withdrawal of funds is free. Card payments have a processing fee, and the rest of the services with fees are listed in their price list. They do Esketit not withhold taxes at source, so you declare the interest yourself with the report that you can download.
We started investing Esketit in 2022. We experienced the relocation of the headquarters from Ireland to Croatia at the end of 2025, when sales and liquidity functions were deactivated for a while. Since then, we have been more cautious. In our scale, it Esketit has a moderate risk: regulation and operations are its weak points, which is why it is advisable to distribute capital across many loans.
